Return Policy

CARRYin 服務態度謹慎,訂單發貨前會逐一檢查商品,確保商品品質良好。 
顧客於剪去吊牌前請先確認貨品狀況,所有貨品必須保留原有包裝及吊牌才能進行退換貨程序。
如因出貨失誤或送貨途中導政商品損毀,請按照「退換貨程序」退回產品。 請注意我們不提供退款服務,不便之處,敬請原諒。

// Return and Exchange //
We only accept returns and exchanges that have not been used, misdelivered or damaged. Return and exchanges are to be complete with 7 days.

【Damaged Products】⇢ Delivery costs will be paid by our company. New products will be delivered after conformation of the damaged product's conditions.

Misdelivered Products】⇢ Delivery costs will be paid by our company. New products will be delivered after conformation of the misdelivered product's conditions.

【Due to Personal Factors -- Products are different from your expectations】⇢ Delivery fee would be paid by customers. If the amount of the requested replacement is lower than the goods you purchased (under the latest price), the difference will not be returned to the customer. If the amount of the goods you request for replacement is higher than the amount of the goods you purchased (the latest amount shall prevail), you need to make up the difference, and the new goods will be sent after the status of the goods is confirmed.

// Exchange and Return Policy //
Returns only applicable to products bought from our store, that is brand new and unused. (Packaging and tags included).

One exchange at most for each customer. If product condition does not meet our requirements, CARRYin has the right to reject the request of exchange.

// No Returns Accepted for Personal Items //
All socks, towels, cleaning supplies, personal products and any discounted goods are not accepted for returns.
